WHAT SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Depending on your location, we offer different modes of transport. We recommend that you add the product to the cart, go to the checkout and enter the address to find out what options are available to you. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until you confirm the order. When confirming the order, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) but also by using a PayPal account or modern fast payments Apple Pay and GPay from Google.
ARE YOU SENDING ABROAD?
Yes, we send tangible products such as clothing to all countries in the world. You can find postage prices after adding the product to the cart and entering your address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We send clothes twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, depending on current orders. Therefore, we will deliver the order within 3 days at the latest. We use the services of Zásilkovna and Česká Pošta.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you would like to return the goods, contact us within a week of receiving them. In case of damage to the goods during transport to you, the money will be returned to your account or the goods will be exchanged upon agreement. Individual claims for the return of goods will be consulted with the customer via email.
